Self Portrait
Jae W V Kim (ARB RIBA) is a photographer and artist based in London.
Studying Architecture at the Architectural Association School of Architecture, he was trained as an architect in London. He has dedicated his creative endeavours through multi-disciplinary creative processes, from architectural, interior, furniture design and image making, exploring narratives he can communicate through his work.
Predominantly working with film photography, Jae’s rendition of images are notable for its lyrical and poetic aesthetic.
Jae has photographed works by prestigious architects, artists, galleries, and publications including the Eric Parry Architects, TYPE Studio, Thiss Works, Studio XM, Wendover Partners, Thaddaeus Ropac Gallery, Almine Rech Gallery, Arch Daily, Dezeen, Vogue and RIBA Journal.
